Sabancı Foundation spearheaded the establishment of Sabancı University, which features a strong and experienced academic staff and offers classes in three faculties on its campus – Engineering and Natural Sciences, Arts and Social Sciences, and Management Sciences.
As of the 2024-2025 academic year, Sabancı University has a total of 5,228 students – 4,347 in undergraduate programs including prep school, 605 in MA programs, and 276 in PhD programs. 59.1% of undergraduates and 48.7% of graduates who enrolled in the 2024- 2025 academic year received full or partial scholarships. As of the end of 2023-2024 academic year, the total number of alumni reached 18,747 – of which 12,093 being from undergraduate programs, 6,102 from MA programs and 552 from PhD programs.
Sabancı Universityhas maintained its increasing success in previous years and ranked in the 351-400 band in the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) world university rankings.
Our Foundation continued its contributions in 2024 to Sabancı University’s operating expenses and also the “Sabancı Foundation Main Wealth Fund” and “Infrastructure and Investment Fund”, which was established at Sabancı University.
In 2024, we started providing discounted tuition fees for Sabancı Group employees and support for the scholarships of the students affected by the earthquakes.
