The Opinion Leader of the competition was Giulia Camilla Braga, the Program Manager of the World Bank Group (WBG) Connect4Climate (C4C) Global Partnership Program
Participants were tasked with addressing the causes of climate change, its impact on daily life, and recommended precautions from their unique perspectives, all within a concise five-minute timeframe. As chosen by the jury, the first-place winner was awarded 60,000 Turkish lira, while the second-place recipient received 40,000 Turkish lira. Additionally, both the third-place winner and the film honored with the Social Impact Award received 25,000 Turkish lira.
The competition was art directed by Zeynep Atakan. The jury comprised esteemed individuals from the film industry, including film critic Alin Taşçıyan, accomplished actors Salih Bademci and Tilbe Saran, globally acclaimed producer and director Jamillah Van Der Hulst, and creative producer and script consultant Suzanne Pradel. The Social Impact Jury, tasked with assessing finalists from a social perspective, was composed of Journalist Nilay Örnek, Architect Özgül Öztürk, and Social Entrepreneur Yasemin Kırkağaçoğlu.
Artists applying to the competition also had the opportunity to meet distinguished figures to learn from their experiences during the Short Film Platform Meetings.

Güler Sabancı, the Chair of Sabancı Holding and the Board of Trustees of the Sabancı Foundation, received the European Sustainability Award – Prix Film4Climate. The award is presented to institutions and organizations that inspire and encourage awareness of responsibility by expanding the scope of sustainability in Europe beyond environmental sustainability. Güler Sabancı, recognized for her endeavors in raising awareness about the climate emergency through the Sabancı Foundation Short Film Competition and her significant contributions to sustainability and philanthropy, accepted the award on behalf of the Sabancı Foundation. The award was presented at the ceremony held in Berlin on December 9.
